Matt Jackson
Company Director (the Boss)
It’s a simple philosophy that has seen Mangawhai Marine succeed – Matt calls it, ‘doing the job right’. Right means providing a friendly and interactive experience for clients with quality people, parts & workmanship.
He’s a family man and a genuine good bloke, valuing local community and environment. When he gets the chance outside of running the business, he’s surfing, fishing, go karting with daughters or enjoying a fine McLeods’ Ale.
Josh Davies
Service Manager / Marine Technician
Josh is a born & bred Mangawhai local who has moved home to be close to family and grow his technical and managerial skills in the marine industry.
Having completed his marine apprenticeship and continuing to further his studies, Josh brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, including specific Suzuki & Mercury experience.
He’s an avid hunter and fisho and will likely know which local spots are providing the goods.
Ashley Deegan
Marine Technician
Ash is a long time Mangawhai local, raising his family and knowing a great many people around town.
A loyal, long time employee Ash has a wide range of skills and extensive experience across the automotive and marine industry.
He’s a keen fisherman and will be found at the estuary with his son, rod in the water, any chance he gets.
